Music Worcester has announced its 2026-2027 season lineup, bringing a wide range of performances to venues across Worcester throughout the coming year.
The season includes classical music, jazz, dance, choral performances, and internationally recognized artists appearing at locations including Mechanics Hall, The Hanover Theatre, Trinity Lutheran Church, Assumption University, JMAC, and more.
According to Music Worcester, subscription packages are currently available, with single tickets scheduled to go on sale June 22.
Season Highlights Among the featured performances announced for the season are:
- Emanuel Ax performing Mozart Piano Concertos with The Knights at Mechanics Hall
- Ballet Hispánico New York presenting CARMEN.maquia at The Hanover Theatre
- The National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine performing works by Sibelius and Brahms
- Canadian Brass during Music Worcester’s Bach-themed spring programming
- Jason Moran performing The Music of Duke Ellington: My Heart Sings at JMAC
- Martha Graham Dance Company at The Hanover Theatre
The season also includes returning programs centered around Bach repertoire, holiday performances, jazz programming, and collaborations with local and international artists.
Worcester Venues Activated Throughout the Season Events will take place across multiple Worcester venues, continuing Music Worcester’s longstanding role in presenting performing arts programming throughout the city.
Several themed weekends are also planned, including “BACHtoberfest Weekend” in October and “Bach’s Birthday Bash Weekend” in March.
Music Worcester says subscription packages offer discounted ticket pricing, exchange flexibility, and access to special events throughout the season.
