On the evening of October 23rd, 2024, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers recovered two firearms and a quantity of fentanyl following a motor vehicle stop.

Officers had developed information earlier in the day that a 44-year-old man, identified as Christian Andino-Morales, was allegedly dealing fentanyl from his Honda Pilot. Around 8 PM, officers spotted the vehicle near the Walgreens on Park Avenue and conducted a traffic stop.

During the stop, officers discovered two loaded handguns inside the vehicle. Mr. Andino-Morales did not have a license to carry firearms. Additionally, officers located a bag containing what appeared to be fentanyl and crack cocaine.

Mr. Andino-Morales was arrested and is now facing multiple charges, including two counts of Carrying a Firearm without a License, Use of a Firearm while Committing a Felony, and drug-related charges. He remains in police custody as the investigation continues.

This arrest is part of ongoing efforts by the Worcester Police Department to address drug trafficking and illegal firearms in the city.
