The first episode of Crossroad Conversatio is now airing, featuring an in-depth conversation between host Jacqueline Monteiro from  W.S.R (Women, Strong, Recovery) and Wellness Coaching and Mrs. Celia Johnston Blue, a founding member of the Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition.

The episode focuses on the pivotal crossroads in Mrs. Blue’s life, including the moment she recognized her calling and the experiences that shaped her commitment to community leadership. Through reflection and personal storytelling, she offers insight into how purpose, service, and lived experience intersect in meaningful ways.

To continue the conversation, What’s Up Worcester founder Jerry Filmore and Jacqueline Monteiro visited the Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition headquarters, creating a more intimate setting to explore the deeper “why” behind Mrs. Blue’s work. That follow-up discussion allowed for a closer look at the motivations and values that continue to guide her leadership.

Crossroad Connections is a conversation series centered on the human stories behind community impact, highlighting moments of change, growth, and connection.
