Thousands of customers are being impacted by a lot of power outages, according to National Grid.
Due to the numerous out-of-service lamps in the city, the city warns its citizens to drive carefully.
Since dispatchers are already aware of the outage and require the lines to be available for emergency calls, the city advised residents to refrain from calling 911 to inform them of it.
